Teaching begins during residency and continues throughout a physician's career. As teachers, physicians are called upon to provide immediate performance evaluations, provide active opportunities for learners to develop clinical skills, and manage an already busy schedule. These modules provide physicians with information on a wide range of topics, from giving effective feedback to overcoming teaching challenges often encountered in real-world settings.
